  These people are terrible! I called in advance, to be sure they took my Insurance. They said they did, so I asked my primary care doctor for a referral to them. I went to my appointment, and filled out all the paperwork, when a girl in the office informed me that they did not take my Insurance. I told her that I called to be sure they took my insurance, and someone in their office told me that they accepted my Insurance. She said "That girl must have been new". Now, I must make another primary care doctor appointment, and wait another month or two in severe pain, because of false information.

  My experience with Dr Hector J. Cases was not even one star, I had a appointment and days before received calls and text to confirm. When arrived they said I didn't have an appointment. Then told me they never received letter from attorney, after calling my attorney in office they just saw me and said I would receive a bill and didn't bill me. When I requested my wife to be present during first exam they refused, I have never heard of a doctor refusing anyone present with me before so was outraged from this. Dr Hector J. Cases was really unprofessional and extremely quick with me. When I had question he had no time, this was my first evaluation / appointment, I told them at checkout would not be coming back for continue services. They went ahead and sent off test for urine even after said wouldn't be coming back. This place is only about money not the well being of their patients. I am very upset with the service and wanted others to beware of the crook Dr Hector J. Cases.

  Dr Cases and Anthony Jimenez PA are very nice and knowledgeable. They listen to you and manage my condition as well as can be. They are not Miracle workers for only God Almighty has that title Alone. The only negative side is the front desk has alot of ladies that do not know their job well. Getting them to manage your care and fax scripts and reports in a timely manner is like pulling teeth. Dealt with Monica , rude person and I believe she is the nurse. Dr cases needs to monitor this and make the necessary changes because the front desk should represent the high professionalism which every good doctor's office should have.

  My lawyer sent them an LOP, they confirmed they'd received it but when I got there they denied ever receiving it! Then refused to allow my husband in the room with me. Most unprofessional medical office I've ever been to. Now I'm getting billed a thousand dollars for a urine test that shouldn't have been sent out for analysis to begin with, after I refused future services!! DO NOT Waste your time at this office or with this doctor.
