- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My first and absolute FINAL time at this office! And it's nothing against the doctors because I never got a chance to see them. This review is based strictly off of me first walking into the door. There were 2 reps at the front desk. I was immediately greeted by an eye roll, without an acknowledgement of "I'll be right with you" or anything...pretty much like I was a bother by interrupting their conversation. Then when I attempted to explain my situation as a first time patient, and showing proof that I changed the PCP (my children's previous pediatrician - who I absolutely loved- retired)...the receptionist response was "well it doesn't matter what it says on there, on MY computer it's different." I was constantly cut off and talked to like I was 3 years old. Dialogue etiquette: you cannot answer a question before you know what the situation is. I don't know if it was just a bad day or whatever, but this is definitely not the way to conduct business, especially with a first time client. Based on the actions of the office staff, I will unfortunately not be able to recommend this practice.February 07, 2017by Lovely B
