- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Okun was very open about the two issues I was having with my right knee. One was not causing any pain and he agreed, as I had hoped, that the we only address the main reason for my visit, fluid filled bursa. Bursectomy was successfull and knee is normal now. Completely satisfied with surgery results. Office staff was nominal, neither great nor lousy, just office staff. His assistant, Tommy saw me for most of my followup visits and he was awesome. Not sure of the terminology, Nursing staff (?) Christine, was just awesome in making me feel comfortable there and tending to my needs. Overall experience I would grade an A. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The employees must be very close because all I can hear is there laughter, and while that's very nice and reassuring, I wish we did not have to hear this for 2 hours. If they tell you Wednesday is a slow day, don't believe it. If you have to make a special emergency appointment, don't.June 02, 2017by Samantha Newman
