  Had my deviated septum fixed by Dr. Yavelow, not only did he make a tiny incesion but he corrected it without stitches and i literally had no pain the following day! He also cleaned out my nose after 3 days to help me breathe sooner than later. I'm healing nicely and I would recommend him to anyone!

  No problems with the doctor. I was charged one amount at the office and FSA lost my receipt. I had to go back and get copies when I told them that it has a different amount than what I was charged they told me that they will print another receipt matching the FSA amount. I asked to talk to the office manager and was given an attitude. The difference and credit that they owe me is $145.26. Whoever I talked to was very rude and unhelpful.

  Dr. Yavelow is great! I have been to several ENT's over the years with recurring issues. I had a tonsillectomy done to fix the recurring issues but first he eliminated sinus (ordered a CT) and other things (allergies, etc.) to ensure I needed to get the procedure done since as an adult the recovery isn't as fast. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. Although his office is outdated, I did not worry that his care was outdated. He clearly knows what he is doing and I would recommend him to all. His office also worked to save me as much money as possible (choice of surgery facilities, samples vs expensive prescriptions, etc) and the staff I encountered every time over the past year was professional and courteous.
