- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been with Allstar Insurance for 17 years. I've NEVER had a problem with their service. Melissa and team is helpful, informative, quick to provide results. It is safe to say that others perception may be clouded or misguided by their own misunderstanding. Yes, I can agree it's often a challenge to reach someone at times due to high customer traffic and call volume as it is with any company with a large customer base. However my inquiries are ALWAYS addressed on time without a problem. I would highly recommend Allstar to ANYONE in need of insurance coverage.
