- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. champoux is fantastic! The office staff on the other hand is absolutely horrible!! Had an appt and then went for X-rays after that It took 6 calls and 2 days to receive a call back so I just took my daughter to the hospital and find out she had pneumonia. Two weeks have passed and my child started with her deep cough and flem again so I called the office and asked to speak with the doctor, they said she wasn't in yet so they would message her. Well here it is another day with no phone call I had to actually COME IN to talk with her. It turned out DR. Champoux replied to the message not even 30 minutes after it was send my the office staff at 12:30 yesterday saying I didn't need to come in!!! So thank you horrible office staff for not knowing how to relay a message to a working mom who just took a day off for nothing. Get staff who know the basics!!!July 21, 2017by Jessica Ann
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I NEVER have written a negative review on anyplace. I will not recommend this location. Long story short, I was turned away because I came to them looking for a second opinion on an issue with my son. They refused service because "they don't do 2nd opinions". So they are essentially turning away a potential client because they don't want to see a patient looking for a 2 opinion. It's sad that getting a 2nd opinion is fround upon. It's not about them!! It's about giving the best care possible and trying to keep kids healthy!! Isn't that why one becomes a pediatrician? I assume it's because this place is associated with a corporation. So I don't think it's the doctors policy but a Bay Care policy. I at least hope this is true. With that being said the front desk staff member was extremely kinds and apologetic!
